How does on-site swag printing work?
It is a full production station brought to your venue and run by our crew. Here is what actually happens from load-in to the finished piece in an attendee's hand.
Setup and power
A single station fits a roughly 10x10 footprint and runs on standard 120V circuits, so it slots into an expo hall, an atrium, or a tent. We confirm circuits, tables, and load-in with your venue before the date, then set up and stage before doors open.
The attendee flow
The station runs a simple loop we plan in advance: a guest picks a product and design from a clear menu, the operator matches and presses the transfer, the piece hits the cool rack, and it is handed off checked and ready to wear. Operators handle all the heat; guests stay on the safe side of the table.
Throughput
A DTF station comfortably finishes 40 to 80 pieces an hour depending on artwork and how many colorways you offer. For conference keynote breaks or expo rushes, we add stations so the peak clears fast, then scale back for quiet hours.
What we handle
Product sourcing, artwork prep, staffing, travel, setup, and teardown are all ours. Your team approves the art and points us at the space; we run the floor.
