Two-day tech conference
Roughly 1,800 attendees, two DTF stations near the expo entrance. The heavy rush hit at every keynote break, so we scheduled both stations hot for those windows and dropped to one during sessions. Every attendee who wanted a tee got the right size, and the client shipped zero leftover inventory home.
Corporate campus onboarding week
A rolling week of new-hire cohorts on a company campus. One station on standard power in the atrium printed welcome hoodies as each group came through. Because we printed to headcount daily, there were no unclaimed sizes sitting in a closet.
Sponsor gifting suite
A hard-goods station running UV DTF tumblers and a hat bar with Richardson 112 blanks. Guests picked a colorway and a patch; the pieces became the most-photographed part of the suite and doubled as walking sponsor placement.
Sales kickoff offsite
Embroidered polos and DTF tees for a leadership offsite of about 300. The elevated stitched finish suited the audience, and live production meant late RSVPs still walked away with a fitted piece.
